In the last 12 months, Kings Outdoor Living have completed 3 improvements to my house; two awnings and a set of galvanised steel stairs. It is a pleasure to work with Sam who takes care of design development, pricing and scheduling. The same applies during installation by Will whose attention to detail ensures the job is done to A+ standard. I feel the Company represents value for money together with hassle free design and construction; rare qualities in today’s construction industry.
We have just had installed a fabulous curved awning, approximately 5 metres by 5 metres and couldn’t be happier with it. From the very beginning, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was trouble free. All the details were taken care of by Sam who kept in touch with us at the different stages. The awning was skilfully erected and immediately looked like it belonged. The workmanship and quality of the awning was second to none and the area was left spotlessly clean and tidy. We had an Optimo awning erected over our open deck area with Ziptrak track guided blinds to provide us with extra privacy.
Sam King, his brother William and team member Nathan communicated all the way through the job and nothing was too much trouble. To finish our car area the team erect an additional shade sail. Needless to say another great job. Our home has been completely transformed thanks to Sam and his team - a first class job.
We love this rooftop deck with a beautiful view over Hobart, however the Tasmanian weather meant that we were denied the privilege of using our outdoor space often without a roof, bright burning sun and rain.
Kings outdoor living installed a custom awning and we absolutely love how it has transformed the space into another living area, useable at all times. The workmanship is so good that, albeit it a retrofit, it looks like it has always meant to be.
The standard of construction and preparation cannot be faltered. In addition, the professional manner in which the whole assembly took place and site cleanup was fantastic.
