Kings Outdoor Living are a Tasmanian owned and operated business that’s been providing quality, customised outdoor shade and awning solutions since 2008.
Founded by Brothers Sam and William King, their mission is to create customised, functional and beautiful outdoor shades for Tasmanian climate that are made to last. We install a range of fully customised and engineered Shade Sails, Awnings, Umbrellas, Decks, Screens, Blinds, Sunrooms & Decks.

1. QUOTE.
Contact us and the Kings team will call or visit you to learn more about your request. We will provide you with a quote for our fully accredited building practicioners to create your customised outdoor solutions.
2.DESIGN, DRAFT AND ENGINEER.
In the event you’ll need council approval, no problems! We’ll draft and submit the plans and approval paperwork with our associates at the Tasmanian Architecture, Surveying and Engineering firm – 6ty°
3. BUILD.
Once approved, your customised materials arrive and our qualified and insured tradesmen will get to work.
4. RELAX.
Enjoy your new Kings Outdoor Living solution! Our Shade Sails come with a 10 Year Limited Warranty on materials and stitching from Global Shade Australia. Our Optimo Awnings come with an indemnity warranty on manufacturing and installation.

Qualified Tasmanian Carpenter and Joiner, Sam has been building homes and structures around Australia for over 15 years. Kings Outdoor Living blends his passion for outdoor entertainment with a career of stunning craftsmanship in residential and commercial building.
Sam and the team are HIA Members (537245) and his accredited building practitioners number is CC6137A.
WILL KING
Owner/Founder
Qualified Tasmanian Carpenter and Joiner, Will has worked with Sam for over 10 years. In 2008 the pair teamed their qualified building skills and vision for providing the best Tasmanian Outdoor living products together. Wills quality of construction and building is surpassed only the positivity of his client testimonials and feedback.

“Aunty Vic” has over 30 years in Tasmania manufacturing and accounting experience. The founder of Tasmania’s Valhalla Ice-cream, Vicky joins the team at Kings to ensure smooth accounts payable and operations.
